Q: What is your return & exchange policy?
A: Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days from the purchase date. All items returned must be in new condition. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please send an email to email@example.com to notify us of your return and the reason why.
Q: This purchase is a gift. Can I include a note?
A: Yes! All orders are mailed with a hand written note. If you would like to customize yours, please enter your text upon checkout, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the text once your order is completed.
Q: How quickly does my order ship?
A: All orders ship within two business days from the date of purchase.
Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Yes! We often print custom wall art for clients, at the size appropriate for their home or business. Inquire to email@example.com with your project. We can also virtually lay out any image on your wall, so that you can see the appropriate size for your space.
Q: Do you have more images? There is a location special to me that I would love to have a print of.
